You may enter up to 10 pieces. Fill out and submit this form one time for each entry. Free standing and wall hung work is acceptable. No size limits! no date limits! Stitching optional!
By submitting, you agree to the following:
1. Either you, or someone directly responsible for you work, must remain at the gallery during installation April 13. Either you, or someone directly responsible for your work, must pick up the work promptly at 8:00 am December 14
2. Acceptance of work does not guarantee that it will be installed- Dr. Sanchez makes final decisions at the time of installation.
3. Do not contact Dr Sanchez yourself, any questions or concerns you have should be directed to Betty (fbusby3@comcast.net).
Other important details:
Please make every effort to attend the opening reception April 17- please bring finger food type refreshments to share.
The gallery does not handle sales- we will include your email contact information in the handouts, and you will arrange all sales directly with your buyer. No work may be removed prior to the end of the show in December.
The cost for each person (not each piece) is $40 to cover printing costs for the handout. Click the button below to pay your $40. Only do this once.

April 20, 2020, Monday, Deliver all works, 8:00 AM. Work will be installed by CAF installation crew but artists must be on hand if they need directions OR if we need to remove work that is not in the show

December 14, Monday Takedown/Art Pickup, 8:00 AM
